What's the role?

Join Our Commercial Banking Team – Parental Leave Cover (9–12 Months)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Commercial Banking team on a full-time, fixed-term basis to cover a parental leave period of 9 to 12 months. This role will be based in Brisbane, working closely with our specialist banking team on a property-focused portfolio of medium to large-sized business clients.

As Assistant Relationship Manager, you'll dive into everything from credit submissions and deal structuring to financial analysis, in a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. Your insights will help spot potential risks and ensure our clients are always in the best financial shape.

What do I need?

  • Proven expertise in commercial lending
  • Experience in corporate and commercial banking environments
  • Strong credit analysis and risk assessment capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex financial deals
  • A proactive approach to business development and stakeholder engagement
