Service Manager

Job Description:

This is an onsite position

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Service Manager to join our Narrogin team in WA. 

This onsite opportunity will see the successful candidate leading and motivating a team across multiple sites to achieve KPI's and to create a culture of inclusion.

• Strong leadership or customer service background
• Highly energetic, driven and has initiative to work autonomously and build strategies that work.
• Ability to learn guidelines in a highly supportive environment.
• Proven team management skills
• Ability to create a strong value driven culture from a leader
• Ensure team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met and exceeded

Attributes and Experience: 

Alongside strong skills in leadership, you will also possess the following attributes:

• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and/or multiple sites
• Ability to recruit staff, train staff, and team performance management.
• Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
• Interpersonal skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to use computer programs in an office environment.
• Hold and maintain a current Australian Driver's License and vehicle
