This is an onsite position
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Service Manager to join our Narrogin team in WA.
This onsite opportunity will see the successful candidate leading and motivating a team across multiple sites to achieve KPI's and to create a culture of inclusion.
No matter what your background is, we are looking for people with:
- Strong leadership or customer service background
- Highly energetic, driven and has initiative to work autonomously and build strategies that work.
- Ability to learn guidelines in a highly supportive environment.
- Proven team management skills
- Ability to create a strong value driven culture from a leader
- Ensure team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met and exceeded
Attributes and Experience:
Alongside strong skills in leadership, you will also possess the following attributes:
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and/or multiple sites
- Ability to recruit staff, train staff, and team performance management.
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
- Interpersonal skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to use computer programs in an office environment.
- Hold and maintain a current Australian Driver's License and vehicle
