About the role

Join the team at Broad Electrical and Air as a full-time Service Administrator & General Administration. Based in Narrogin WA, this role is essential in supporting the business's operations and contributing to its ongoing success. As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support across various functions, ensuring the smooth running of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating service requests and maintaining thorough records
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
  • Ordering Staff uniforms and maintaining levels of stock
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team, including scheduling, data entry, and general office duties
  • Liaising with customers to address inquiries and provide updates
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, proposals, and other documentation
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in using XERO, Tradify (or similar job management software) and other relevant software
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
  • Experience in the Electrical Industry also favourable
