The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Support Officer to act as the first point of contact for all customer interactions, ensuring professional, prompt, and effective service across all communication channels.

This role is responsible for providing accurate information, processing quotes and orders, resolving issues, and supporting internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting to the Sales Support Coordinator and based out of their Narangba office in Brisbane, this is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the success of the business and progress in your career.

Day to day: 

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with accuracy and care.
  • Provide detailed information on products, services, lead times, and order updates.
  • Accurately process sales orders and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Prepare, issue and follow up on quotes for tyres and services.
  • Support Sales Account Managers and liaise closely with the Finance Team.

  • Previous experience in customer service or an administrative support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
