The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and capable Junior Family Lawyer to join our busy practice. This role offers valuable, hands-on legal experience predominately in Family Law with an opportunity for exposure to other areas of law. You will handle complex and high-value family law cases including divorce, parenting matters and property settlements. In this role, you will have a friendly working environment with solicitors to mentor you throughout and a billable target of 5 hours per day.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year PAE in Family Law

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage a diverse and complex caseload independently
  • Commitment to professional development and staying updated on legal precedents
