You'll be the kind of person who leads with visibility and impact, connects confidently with people at every level, and applies clear, structured thinking to guide teams through complexity and tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop diverse operational teams across production, maintenance, and logistics.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and asset reliability to ensure seamless operational performance.
  • Take ownership of operational cost control across manufacturing, maintenance, and logistics.
  • Identify and deliver business improvement opportunities that drive efficiency and service.
  • Provide recommendations on capital investment for new equipment and upgrades to enhance productivity, reliability, and customer outcomes.
  • Build collaborative relationships across the business and with key external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of operations while remaining hands-on in day-to-day leadership.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following:

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or similar) is essential.
  • Senior leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial, or operationally complex environments.
  • Strong engineering background, applying structured, technical problem-solving to business challenges.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and create high-performance cultures.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, process improvement, or automation initiatives.
  • Deep commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous development.
