Minprovise is seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Operations Manager to help lead us through our next growth phase. This is a full-time position based at our Welshpool head office with regular site travel required across WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the strategic and day-to-day operational requirements of site leadership and personnel
  • Attend and contribute to meetings with clients, suppliers, and Minprovise leadership
  • Drive a positive and inclusive culture through people development and management
  • Manage job costings, meet budgets, and oversee reporting obligations
  • Coach and develop Regional Managers, Superintendents, and Supervisors across multiple sites
  • Ensure shutdown and maintenance execution plans are delivered safely, on budget, and to client standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant Trade and/or Engineering background
  • Significant experience in a similar role within the mining, maintenance, or resources sector
  • Demonstrated ability to lead culture and safety outcomes across operations
  • Strong commercial and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High-level communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project desirable)
  • Understanding of the Mining Act and Regulations
