About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of product strategy, development, and execution to deliver high-impact solutions that drive business growth and customer value. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define clear goals, and build products that are innovative, scalable, and user-centric. Your ability to deeply understand customer needs, translate insights into actionable plans, and lead through ambiguity will be key to your success. You'll also be expected to stay informed about emerging technologies, including AI, and leverage them to enhance product capabilities and differentiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with overall company goals.

  • Conduct in-depth exploration to assess and identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize user feedback and data to continuously improve the product and user experience.

  • Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the engineering and design teams.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and iteration.

  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making trade-offs based on business value, technical feasibility, and time constraints.

  • Track, analyze, and report on key product metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product development.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5-7 years of Product Management experience.

  • Proven experience in building and scaling tools for internal users and customers within a fast-paced technology environment.

  • Experience in working with complex enterprise systems and data integration, particularly B2B SaaS solutions.

  • Strong understanding of operational workflows and the ability to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

  • Proven ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing.

  • Experience in high-growth SaaS startups or similar global tech companies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
