The Role

We're searching for an experienced professional to join the Parking Product team as the Senior Product Manager (Cloud) where you'll lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of TKH Security's cloud-hosted platforms, applications, and APIs that power the Park Assist solution.

You'll work closely with our Product Director and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Operations to ensure our digital platforms deliver reliable, scalable, and user-centric experiences that underpin modern parking operations.

This is a pivotal role that blends long-term strategy and hands-on delivery (~40% planning and discovery, and ~60% execution). 

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the cloud product strategy and roadmap in alignment with TKH's global Parking Solution.
• Translate market insights and customer feedback into a clear product vision and actionable roadmap.
• Drive discovery, validation, and prioritisation of new initiatives, balancing innovation, enhancement, and stability.
• Lead cloud product initiatives through design, development and go to market.
• Guide and support Product Owners for the INX (client portal) and SDP (internal service delivery platform) applications.
• Define and manage the product lifecycle of our Cloud solutions.
• Define quarterly OKRs and manage delivery against measurable success metrics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for cloud product strategy, both internally and with customers, resellers, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (GDPR, ISO27001), maintaining high quality and documentation standards.

What You'll Need:

We're looking for someone who can bridge strategy, technology, and execution - technically fluent enough to engage engineers, commercially astute enough to make smart trade-offs, and brings people together to get things done. 

• Extensive product experience - at least 8 years managing SaaS, cloud, or enterprise products from strategy through to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Strategic mindset - able to define product direction, set priorities, and manage multiple roadmaps that balance innovation with stability.
• Technical depth - comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure trade-offs. You won't be writing code, but you'll understand how things fit together.
• Strong delivery capability - experience working with Agile or hybrid development teams, with a proven ability to take initiatives from discovery to successful launch.
• Commercial acumen - confident evaluating ROI, understanding business models, and aligning technical decisions with commercial objectives.
• Stakeholder management - skilled at navigating competing priorities, aligning cross-functional teams, and communicating clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical approach - able to define success metrics, analyse data, and use insights to guide product decisions.
• Leadership and influence - a team player who builds trust, drives collaboration, and brings structure to complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, with the ability to present product strategy to executives, and simplify complex ideas for customers and partners.

Desirable:

• Experience with B2B SaaS, IoT ecosystems, or connected infrastructure platforms.
• Familiarity with service delivery, device provisioning, or system configuration tools.
