Aboriginal Men's Family Violence Case Manager

Location: Lilydale

Contract: Full-time, ongoing

Salary: Level 5 ($100,000 - $105,000 + super + salary packaging)

We're seeking an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander practitioner to provide culturally grounded support to men, helping to address family violence and foster healing within community. What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver culturally informed case management to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men.
  • Support clients to address family violence issues and promote pathways to healing.
  • Build strong relationships with local services, Elders, and community stakeholders to achieve holistic outcomes.
  • Take part in regular supervision, cultural development, and training to strengthen practice capability.
What We're Looking For
  • Must meet Requirement 209.
  • Minimum two years post-graduate experience in men's family violence or related roles.
  • A deep understanding of culturally safe and responsive practices for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
  • Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field.
  • Must identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
