ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Produce a daily plan to achieve the MPS numbers and support the business SL through maintaining stock policy, controlling SLOB cost, and balanced operational costs and yield.
  • Weekly Capacity Planning
  • Communication of Forecast Accuracy issues with Supply Planner
  • Communication on requests for information from Sales
  • Meat and dry goods availability analyses constraints for daily plan
  • Extensive reporting and weekly orders and updates
  • Collaborate with production supervisors, managers and supply planners.
  • Identify potential short-term risks with a focus on process improvement and risk mitigation.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience in process improvement and change management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong Communicator with excellent listening and interaction skills
