Guest Service Agent/Onsite Manager

Comfort Apartments Royal Gardens is a 4 star, 42 room property located near the Royal Exhibition Building.  The property opened in 1988 and was one of the original Serviced Apartment locations in Australia.

Comfort Apartments Royal Gardens is now seeking a Guest Service Agent to join its enthusiastic and successful team on a Full-Time basis.

The position involves all aspects of front office reception, including providing friendly, personalised customer service in responding to accommodation enquiries, promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations, assisting corporate and leisure guests & ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk.

Ideally, we are looking for someone interested in an onsite component of the business with a discounted rent package to be offered to the successful applicant.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a passion for customer service, strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience with front office booking systems (RMS), strong attention to detail, and a high standard of personal presentation.

Previous front office/reception experience in a hospitality/travel/tourism environment is helpful but not essential.  Experience with sales and industry qualifications will be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must be available to work shift, weekends and public holidays.

A competitive salary rate will be offered as well as a sign on bonus should you qualify for the position
