What's The Job
As a Guest Service Agent, you will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, room guests, assist with inquiries, and deliver exceptional service in line with the Crowne Plaza Melbourne brand and policies.

Your day to day

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing inquiries, and handling complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive and lasting impression of the hotel.
  • Perform check-ins, check-outs, and room changes accurately while maintaining detailed guest records and following all standard operating procedures, including handling cashier floats and daily financial reports.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and reservation procedures, while upholding IHG standards of behavior, appearance, and cleanliness in the front desk area.
