As a full-time Guest Service Agent, you'll work with an experienced team that supports each other through busy shifts and celebrates the wins together.

Beyond front office, you'll have opportunities to cross-train across Reservations, Conferencing & Events, and Sales - building skills for your hospitality career.

About You

  • Previous experience in the hotel industry, ideally within Front Office or Reservations
  • Organised, dependable, and confident working independently or in a team
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
  • Professional presentation and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in hotel systems/PMS (HMS or similar) is an advantage
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, with a mix of mornings, evenings and weekends

What You'll Do

  • Greet guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally and efficiently
  • Provide clear information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area
  • Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including security and privacy standards
  • Support our reservations team during peak periods and contribute to revenue and upselling
  • Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless guest experiences
