That's where you come in.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

  • Talking to real people with real problems (think: pests, washroom essentials, and more).
  • Solving problems in a professional manner — calmly, kindly, and quickly.
  • Turning a customer complaint into a moment of loyalty.
  • Teaming up with our frontline heroes (technicians, service staff, ops teams) to get things DONE.

What We're Looking For:

  • A natural communicator who listens before they speak.
  • Unshakeable under pressure and good at multitasking.
  • You love helping people, and you do it with heart.
  • Bonus points if you've wrangled multiple databases, word, excel and email
  • You don't just tick boxes — you care about what happens next.
