We're scouting for an Assistant Venue Manager, the vice-captain to keep the team focused, the venue buzzing and ready to make every game day count.

Key Plays:

  • Support the shift by making sure every area of the field is running smoothly
  • Motivate the team and help build a winning team culture
  • Assist with stock, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks that keep the venue in top shape
  • Ability to change kegs, gas cylinders and post-mix syrups
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Be the go-to when the captain is away. Keeping the playbook on track and the standards best in class

What you'll bring:

  • 1 years hospitality experience (preferably in a Pub or Bar environment)
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics
  • A passion for creating epic guest experiences and building a buzzing venue
