As the Business Development Manager for Access Rentals in Welshpool your responsibilities include:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Leverage existing networks and build new connections
  • Conduct in-depth site appraisals
  • Pinpoint opportunities to add value, ensuring our clients receive the best possible outcomes
  • Manage and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, fostering long-term partnerships
  • Represent a leading company, delivering innovative material handling solutions across diverse industries

About you

  • Proven B2B sales and rental experience with a proactive approach to generating leads
  • Self-motivated closer, results-driven and commercially savvy
  • Strong negotiator and relationship builder with excellent attention to detail
  • Creative problem solver with excellent communication and technology
  • Confident in using CRM tools to manage pipelines and deliver business outcomes
