Regional Manager – Repco - Western Australia

About the Role
Repco is seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead and inspire our store network across Western Australia (Northern Perth + Pilbara). This is a pivotal role for a proven multi-site manager, ideally with a background in retail, FMCG, trade, or related industries where product, sales, financial management, customer service, people management, and safety are paramount.
As Regional Manager, you will coach and develop your team, drive margin growth, and ensure operational excellence across all stores. Your leadership and hands-on presence will be critical in fostering a high-performance culture that delivers outstanding business results.
What You'll Do
- Lead by example to create a safe, productive, and customer-focused environment
- Develop and embed a strong safety culture aimed at reducing workplace injuries and lost time incidents (LTIs)
- Drive profitable growth, increasing revenue and market share across your region
- Maximise labour productivity and control costs to enhance bottom-line results
- Optimise operational processes and systems for maximum efficiency
- Provide strategic leadership and hands-on support to Store Managers, enabling exceptional customer experiences
- Foster high employee engagement and satisfaction by developing talent and recognising successes
- Maintain a consistent store visit program, delivering business reviews, direct coaching, and professional development opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Significant multi-site area or regional management experience, preferably from retail, FMCG, trade, or similar industries
- Strong focus on driving sales, profits, operational excellence, safety, and team leadership
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A visible, hands-on leader who can engage and inspire teams to achieve business goals
- Proven ability to develop talent and promote a positive team culture
