Service & Repair Technician – Cash Handling Machines

(No Experience Needed – We'll Train You)

We're looking for our next long-term team member — someone who's hands-on, loves figuring out how things work, and wants to build a career in a specialised industry.

We work with ATMs, cash recyclers, safes, and coin change machines. No two days are the same, and you'll get full training and support from a tight-knit team.

What You'll Do

  • Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair a range of cash handling machines.
  • Replace parts, fine-tune mechanical components, and keep machines running smoothly.
  • Communicate clearly with teammates and customers — no guessing games, we work as a unit.
  • Use our job management app to log work, order parts, and close jobs.
  • Look after stock and return faulty or unused parts promptly.
  • Work within a small rotating on-call roster (including 1 weekend per month).
