IT Service Desk Technician

At an exciting time to join the Score Group team, we are seeking a proactive IT Service Desk Technician to support IT activities across our Asia Pacific business unit. Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of our IT activities across our global business.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Our offices are in Wangara, with onsite parking is available.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line technical support to customers, ensuring all support calls are accurately logged, updated, and resolved within SLA timelines.
• Adhere to company policies, standards, and work instructions when handling support calls.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and external suppliers to resolve incidents, documenting all troubleshooting steps.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the IT Service Delivery Manager.
• Maintain and review IT documentation regularly.
• Build, deploy, and install end-user devices, hardware, and software.
• Support office and personnel relocations involving IT requirements.
• Manage cable organization, including patching and port termination.
• Create and maintain IT management documents and knowledge base articles.
• Maintain physical security systems such as CCTV and swipe access control.
• Administer business support systems, including Cisco CUCM.
• Provide training and support to IT team members and customers.
• Manage critical business applications, including ERP systems.
• Support incident management, request fulfillment, asset management, and problem management processes.
• Identify recurring problems and implement solutions to improve service quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology or related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• CompTIA A+ certification is advantageous.
• Microsoft certification is advantageous.
• ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and tools.
