We are recruiting for the following positions:

Full-Time Dispense Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in the dispensary assisting the pharmacist with prescription dispensing.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Accurately manage medication preparation, labelling, and documentation.
  • Provide excellent patient service and advice under pharmacist supervision.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous pharmacy or dispensary experience essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service on the retail floor.
  • Assist with stock management, merchandising, promotions, and store displays.
  • Process sales and provide product recommendations.
  • Support daily store operations efficiently.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience in retail or pharmacy preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work in a busy environment.
  • Positive, friendly attitude and team player mindset.

Junior Pharmacy Assistants

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work after school, on weekends, and during school holidays.
  • Support retail team with customer service and stock management.
  • Cash handling and customer service on the Tills
  • Assist with general retail duties and store maintenance.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
  • Friendly and approachable with good customer service skills.

Christmas Casuals (Oct – Dec / January Peak Season)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support during our busiest period.
  • Assist in both retail and dispensary areas as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service during peak times.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Flexible and reliable.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented.
