About the Role:

As the Retail Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy. You'll provide excellent patient care while guiding and supporting a dedicated team. Your leadership will ensure high standards in clinical advice, customer satisfaction, organisational skills and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily pharmacy operations both on the shop floor and in the office
  • Provide patient-centered advice and up-selling products
  • Lead, coach, and support pharmacy staff
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate records
  • Build strong relationships with customers, healthcare providers, and the local community
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manager role
  • Previous pharmacy experience preferred
  • Previous leadership or management experience is an asset
  • Clinical knowledge, problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Passion for patient care and community health
  • Comfortable using pharmacy software and technology; Fred Office experience preferred
  • Dispensing abilities preferred; Fred Dispense
