Pharmacy Supervisor – Full Time

Kings Langley Discount Drug Store is seeking a motivated Full-Time Supervisor to join our team. This role will support the Managing Partner and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring smooth operations and providing leadership to the team.

Store Hours:

Monday–Friday: 8:30am – 7:00pm

Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Sunday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Managing Partner and Assistant Manager with staff supervision, rostering, cash handling and delegation of daily tasks
  • Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service
  • Help manage stock management, merchandising, and promotional setups
  • Support management with reporting and operational requirements

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience (pharmacy or retail preferred)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to motivate and support a diverse team
  • Confident with POS systems and basic reporting
  • Stock management skills
  • Customer-focused, reliable, and proactive

Pharmacy Assistant – Part Time

We are also looking for an experienced Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our busy pharmacy team.

Store Hours:

Monday–Friday: 8:30am – 7:00pm

Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Sunday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Weekend availability is required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and product advice
  • Assist customers with pharmacy and retail inquiries
  • Operate tills, manage stock, and support the team where required
  • Maintain a clean, well-presented, and organised store

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous pharmacy assistant experience essential
  • Sound product knowledge of pharmacy and retail items
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
