Priceline Camden , a leading in pharmacy in Camden, we are seeking a friendly and motivated Casual Pharmacy Shop Assistant to join our team. This is a casual position 25-30 hours per week, (weekends included) that will involve working in our customer-facing retail pharmacy, assisting customers with their health and wellness needs. The role is based in our Camden, NSW location.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our valued patients and customers
  • Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-stocked retail environment
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting the pharmacy team with administrative tasks as required
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to health, safety, and compliance

What we're looking for

  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare sector
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and development
