NDIS Occupational Therapists

This is a Contract-Temp remote role for an NDIS Occupational Therapists (Contractor Arrangement).
(Hybrid & Flexible)

$110 – $165 per billable hour
 (depending on experience and role)

  • Our dedicated Intake, Admin, and Finance teams handle the paperwork, so you can focus on what you do best: supporting clients.
  • Marketing and referral programs help ensure a steady, tailored caseload aligned with your expertise.

Who You'll Support

  • Individuals funded through NDIS, Aged Care Packages, private referrals, and other third-party funders, DVA.
  • Clients with a range of support needs, including complex conditions, mental health challenges, and acquired injuries.

What We're Looking For

  • AHPRA registration
  • Passion for collaborative, client-centred practice and a commitment to Disability Talk's values.
  • Drive for flexibility, autonomy, and continuous learning.
  • Willingness to work under a Contractor Arrangement.
  • Candidates have to reside in Australia and have Australian qualifications (or qualifications valid in Australia)

Qualifications

– Tertiary qualification in behaviour analysis, psychology, social work, family therapy, or a related field.

– NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check (WWCC), completion of NDIS Worker Modules, and PRODA registration.

– Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

– Own ABN, driver's license, reliable vehicle, laptop, phone, and other essential tools for the role.

– Any other registrations, training, or compliance requirements relevant to the role or as required by NDIS and industry standards.
