About The Role
As a Undergraduate Engineer at Mipac, you will embark on a professional journey, working alongside seasoned experts who will guide and nurture your talent. Initially you will work on our internal information management system that is the hub for all our project documentation. Our project scope encompasses the entire spectrum of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control project lifecycles, providing you over time with hands-on experience in various project related tasks.

What we look for in our Undergraduate Engineers

  • Going into your final year of study in 2026 and be studying a degree in electrical or mechatronics engineering.
  • Enjoyment of programming, with experience using Python.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • An interest in technology and understanding how things work.
  • A positive attitude, a love of learning, and a willingness to tackle any challenge.
  • Full working rights in Australia and either be based in Brisbane, Queensland or willing to relocate here.

Our application process

Step One:

Step Two:
Recorded video interview. We want to hear what you have to say.

Step Three:
Face-to-face interview. Speak to a real person and ask your questions.

Step Four:
Pre-employment checks and offer. This includes a psychometric test and references.
