Introduction:

At Nanosonics, we're redefining standards in medical technology. We're seeking a
Senior Product Manager
to lead our Endoscope Reprocessing portfolio—an opportunity to deliver meaningful innovation and improve patient outcomes worldwide.

This isn't just another product role. You'll be at the forefront of strategy, execution, and optimisation, guiding critical innovations from concept to market while collaborating with world-class teams. Even more exciting, you'll play a pivotal role in the
launch of a new global product
—a rare career-defining opportunity to influence patient care on a worldwide scale.

About The Role
This is a senior, high-impact position where you will guide products end-to-end—setting strategy, shaping upstream development, engaging with stakeholders across the business, and ensuring our products continue to perform at the highest level in market. Most importantly, you'll be directly involved in bringing an
innovative new product to global launch
, making this an exceptionally exciting time to join our team.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll:

  • Shape strategy & vision: Define roadmaps, lead upstream product development, and align initiatives with business goals, customer needs, and clinical insights.
  • Bring market & commercial insight: Analyse competitors, develop pricing strategies, and create compelling business cases to ensure strong ROI.
  • Engage stakeholders: Work closely with clinicians, customers, executives, and global teams to champion user needs and communicate product vision.
  • Lead execution & lifecycle: Own the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch to sustaining performance, always measuring success and driving improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • 5-10 years' experience in Product Management, ideally in MedTech (Pharma could also be considered)
  • Seasoned upstream experience in shaping product concepts and translating unmet needs into innovation
  • Track record of launching and managing complex, high-impact products
  • Strong commercial mindset with skills in financial modelling, pricing, and product-market fit
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, from clinicians through to executives
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA highly regarded)

Why Join Nanosonics?
This is more than just product management. You'll play a central role in shaping technologies that protect patients and healthcare workers across the globe.

We offer a
high-visibility, high-impact position
where you'll partner with world-class teams, influence strategic decisions, and help shape the next frontier of infection prevention.
