The Role & What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainer & Assessor at Wils Training, you will:

  • Develop, plan, and deliver engaging, outcome-focused training across multiple NSW locations
  • Assess and evaluate participant performance, providing actionable feedback to support growth
  • Ensure all training meets industry standards, safety regulations, and RTO compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date training records and documentation
  • Stay current with industry developments, innovations, and best practices
  • Travel to training sites as needed, including periods away from home

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
  • Relevant licences / certifications: SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Cards, Forklift, Elevated Work Platform (EWP), Working at Heights, First Aid, etc.
  • Proven experience delivering training in construction / earthmoving or related industries
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — you can engage and motivate learners
  • Rigorous attention to safety, quality, and compliance
  • Valid NSW driver's licence and willingness to travel and stay away when required
