Looking for a passionate and dedicated Certificate III or Diploma trained educator to join our team at our award-winning childcare centre located in North Strathfield. Our centre has been rated EXCEEDING NQS, and has been named the best childcare centre in the Inner west for 2022 and 2018

As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality education and care to our children aged 0-5 years. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where your skills and expertise will be valued and appreciated.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, a current Working with Children Check, a current First Aid & CPR certification, at least 12months full time work experience and a strong commitment to the early childhood profession. You will have a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, and a passion for providing children with the best possible start in life.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Planning and implementing educational programs that are developmentally appropriate and cater to individual needs of the children
  • Building positive relationships with families and children
  • Documenting and assessing children's learning and development
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for the children
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure the smooth running of the centre
