About the role

We're looking for a dynamic Logistics Operations Manager to lead our warehouse, freight, and fulfillment operations. This role is all about driving efficiency, safety, and service excellence across our growing supply chain network.

What you'll do:

·       Lead national warehouse operations and 3PL providers.

·       Manage inbound and outbound freight (international and domestic).

·       Oversee inventory accuracy and demand alignment.

·       Ensure top-level customer order fulfillment.

·       Build, mentor and inspire high-performing teams.

·       Champion safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

About you:

· –7+ years' logistics/supply chain/warehouse leadership experience (FMCG ideal).

·       Proven success with 3PL, freight, and distribution networks.

·       Strong ERP/WMS systems knowledge.

·       Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

·       A safety-first, quality and customer-focused mindset.
