Our client is one of the largest wholesale distributor of internationally respected Boating, Lifestyle and Adventure products and is on the look out for their next Accounts Receivable Officer in Murarrie

This role is for an immediate start, Mon to Fri 9AM-2PM

Job Description:

* Processing accounts receivable and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

* Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording accounts receivables' data

* Preparing bills receivable, invoices, cash sales and bank deposits

* Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

* Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues

* Complete set up of new accounts and receive correct paperwork

* Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

* Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Skills Required:

* Proven work experience as accounts receivable

* Hands on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software

* Proven ability to calculate, post and manager accounting figures and financial records
