This role secures critical systems by implementing and operationalising CyberArk PAM, ensuring robust vaulting, session management, and credential rotation. It leads the uplift of identity governance through automated workflows, RBAC modelling, and certification campaigns. With a strong focus on compliance, it defines privileged access policies and delivers audit-ready reporting to support assurance and risk visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the IGA (Identity Governance Administration) uplift programme: Own requirements gathering, design, and delivery of access request workflows, segregation of duties, joiner/mover/leaver automation, RBAC modelling, and certification campaigns using CyberArk's IGA platform (Zilla).
  • Define and enforce privileged access policies: Develop standards for Just-in-time (JIT) access, break-glass procedures, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with internal control frameworks and audit requirements.
  • Provide metrics and assurance reporting: Deliver dashboards and evidence for IGA and PAM controls, highlighting adoption, exceptions, and risk posture to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in cyber engineering, with a strong focus on PAM and IGA solution delivery.
  • Hands-on expertise with CyberArk PAM, covering deployment, integration, and operational support.
  • Experience implementing IGA platforms such as SailPoint or Saviynt, covering identity lifecycle, access governance, and certification processes. (optional)
