NDIS Support Worker – Nirimba

CSBS is seeking Support Workers to help shape meaningful outcomes every day. We're expanding our team and currently have an exciting opportunity to support two participants in Nirimba (Sunshine Coast). If you're passionate about person-led care and want to be part of a values-driven team, we are eager to hear from you.

About the role

This is a permanent part time position supporting two female participants in their 30s who have known each other since school.

This is a 24/7 Supported Independent Living environment, which include passive sleepover shifts.

There are opportunities for successful applicants to receive training at other locations for further hours and professional development.

Participant Support Needs: Both individuals have complex support requirements, including:

·       Angelman Syndrome

·       Intellectual Disability

·       Epilepsy

·       Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) – Level 3

What You'll Need

·       NDIS Worker Screening Check (or Yellow Card)

·       Blue Card

·       Open QLD Driver's Licence

·       Reliable car with comprehensive insurance

·       Current First Aid & CPR certificates

·       Smartphone with data

·       Completion of NDIS 'Quality, Safety and You' module
