We are seeking a passionate and experienced NDIS Lifestyle Support Worker to join our team in Clermont, QLD. This part-time role will involve providing personalised support services to help our clients live independently and engage with their local community. What you'll be doing

·       Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks

·       Providing social and recreational support to encourage community participation and independent living

·       Developing and implementing individualised support plans to meet client's goals and needs

·       Maintaining detailed records and documentation in line with NDIS requirements

·       Collaborating with the wider support team to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care

What we're looking for

·       Relevant qualifications in disability support, aged care, or a related field

·       Demonstrated experience providing person-centred support services to NDIS clients

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients

·       Commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of people with disability

·       Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

·       Current First Aid and CPR certificates, and a valid driver's licence
