Position: NDIS Support Worker Casual

Locations: Primarily Gold Coast

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives?

We're looking for dedicated NDIS Support Workers to join our organisation and provide high-quality, person-centred support to people living with disability.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will work closely with participants to help them achieve their goals and live independently. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
  • Supporting household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation and shopping
  • Providing transport to appointments, social events, and community activities
  • Encouraging skill development, independence, and confidence
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in disability, aged care or community services (preferred)
  • Empathy, patience and a genuine passion for supporting people
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability and a positive attitude
Essential Requirements
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred) and insurance
  • COVID-19 vaccination evidence
  • Certificate II in individual support or higher
