RECEPTIONIST VACANCY

The ideal candidate will be available for 15 hours Minimum each week. Weekend work also occasionally necessary on rotating roster.

Your key responsibilities will be:


• Meeting and greeting patients with a high level of customer service.


• Answering incoming calls, registering patients and making appointments.


• Ensure confidentiality of and management of patient records.


• Provide exceptional support to Doctors, Allied Health and nursing staff.


• Processing Medicare and private claims.


• General administration duties as required.

Selection criteria includes:


• Prior experience in a fast paced medical or multi-disciplined environment.


• Excellent written and verbal skills


• Be able to multi task, prioritise and problem solve.


• Have an excellent presentation and compassionate manner.


• Excellent work ethic and can work cohesively in a team or independently


• Initiative, accuracy and attention to detail


• Knowledge of software systems including Microsoft Office, PracSoft and Medical Director will be an advantage
