Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out pre-plumbs, pipe runs, fit-offs, and equipment installations for concrete pools and spas.
  • Perform pressure tests, leak checks, and system commissioning before handover.
  • Conduct client handovers, demonstrating the use of pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and maintenance requirements.
  • Undertake scheduled maintenance and servicing, including water balance, filtration checks, and system troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with supervisors, plumbers, and electricians to coordinate site activities and meet project timelines.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and site presentation.
  • Support the broader construction team with other pool-building tasks (e.g., formwork, set-out, and preparation) when required.
  • Document installation details and communicate effectively with the office and project management team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in pool construction, servicing, or plumbing.
  • Knowledge of pool hydraulics, filtration systems, and automation equipment.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • White Card and valid driver's licence.
  • Pool Technician or Plumbing qualification (preferred but not essential).
  • Professional presentation and good client communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, high-performing team.
