CBC has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Plumber to join our Sydney Metropolitan Services team. This role is based full time in the Sydney CBD across multiple sites.

Your Role

Planned Preventative Maintenance Delivery for all Plumbing assets in Sydney across multiple premium grade buildings in the CBD.

Reactive Maintenance Response and Delivery for all Plumbing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain a variety of hydraulic systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in hydraulic systems and components.
  • First response for all reactive requests relating to plumbing equipment.
  • Preventative maintenance services on all TMV, RPZ valves and associated statutory equipment.
  • Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Assist General Handyman as required across Sydney sites.
  • The role will require the applicant to be a Nominee Supervisor for CBC for works delivered by the individual
  • Reporting to the Contract Manager

Requirements:

  • Licence - Plumbing and Gas
  • National Police Check or willing to obtain
  • Drivers licence
  • WHS/OHS Induction Card (White/Blue/Red Ticket)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
