The Role

As Revenue Portfolio Manager
, you'll be the go-to expert for a defined cluster of short-term rental properties — setting smart pricing strategies, forecasting demand, tracking performance, and helping owners maximise returns. You'll blend data-driven insight with local market knowledge to ensure the
right price, at the right time, for the right guest
.

What You'll Do

  • Build and fine-tune
    dynamic pricing strategies
    using tools like
    PriceLabs
    .
  • Analyse booking trends, seasonal demand, and competitor rates to drive revenue.
  • Create and maintain rolling
    12-month forecasts
    for your portfolio.
  • Prepare performance reports (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy) for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Owner Relations to align goals.
  • Lead pricing configuration in systems like
    Guesty
    ,
    SiteMinder
    , and BI tools.
  • Support the rollout of revenue management standards and processes across the business.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years in revenue management (short-term rentals or multi-property preferred).
  • Proficiency with revenue/dynamic pricing tools and distribution systems.
  • Strong
    Excel
    and
    Power BI
    skills.
  • Commercial acumen with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can influence stakeholders.
