About the role:

You will be responsible for maintaining the company's commercial and residential properties. This full-time, hands-on position will see you play a key role in ensuring the company's assets are well-maintained and operational.

What you'll be doing:

  • Carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Respond to maintenance requests
  • Major repairs and new building projects
  • Comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for::

  • Experience in a building maintenance role, ideally within the property, facilities or construction industries
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, equipment and infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and general handyman work
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a technical or construction-related discipline
