We're currently seeking
experienced Asphalt Crew Members
to join our Wodonga team. If you're safety-focused, quality-driven, and skilled in asphalt operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Roles Available:

Level Hand

  • HR Licence
  • Skilled in operating Vogele Paver VF/AR screed
  • Proficient in raking and paver operation
  • Competent with steel and multi rollers

Roller Operator / Rake Hand

  • HR Licence
  • Skilled in raking
  • Experienced with smooth steel rollers (2.5T+) and multi rollers (4T+)

What You'll Bring:

  • Construction Induction White Card
  • Previous asphalt crew experience
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong commitment to Zero Harm safety culture
