J G King Homes, Victoria's largest builder of Steel Frame homes, is seeking an energetic & highly motivated individual to join our Wodonga & surrounding team.

This Full-Time position, will operate out of the Wodonga Office & display home locations. You will be required to work weekdays, weekends & public holidays on a generous roster system.

Duties Include;

  • Demonstrated success selling new homes as well as house & land packages
  • Impeccable presentation and professional approach with a can-do attitude
  • Recording information for sales reporting
  • Maintaining the displays in presentable conditions
  • Maintain stock levels of promotional material
  • Following strict process and procedures
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Creating extensive industry contacts
  • Experience using SAM or similar quoting systems

Skills;

  • Display high level of professionalism, maturity & customer service
  • Previous experience in New Homes Sales is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills including usage of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook;
  • Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills;
  • High level of time management & organisational skills; and
  • Ability to multi-task & proactive approach to all tasks provided.
