About the Role
City Mazda are seeking a confident and driven Car Care Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll introduce customers to a range of premium vehicle protection products and accessories, helping them enhance, personalise, and protect their new vehicle investment.
Present a range of car care and protection products to new car buyers
Tailor product recommendations based on individual customer needs
Coordinate installation and delivery of purchased products
Manage customer follow-up and maintain accurate records
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Skills & Experience
Experience in sales, retail, or customer service
Ability to build rapport and communicate confidently
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Current driver's licence
