The Customer Service Administrator will be one of the first points of contact for customers arriving onsite and phone enquiries. With a blend of customer service and administration duties, this role is varied and requires a personable, dedicated candidate who enjoys multi-tasking in a team environment.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties will include:

Booking and coordinating daily outbound freight
-
Customer sales, EFTPOS transactions, invoicing and raising credits
-
Proactive sales calls to existing account customers
-
General office support, website administration & orders.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

A proven track record in customer support and office administration

A high level of attention to detail and accuracy

A desire to become an expert in our products and their application

A good understanding of MS Office
