Your opportunity to join our team

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be part of our friendly Customer Service Team who thrives on collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and diversity is supported. Working Monday to Friday, this role combines issue resolution and experience optimization to ensure customers and consumers achieve maximum value from our products and services

Our successful candidate can be based in either QLD, close to Brisbane for onsite office days (facility is in Lytton) or in TAS, close to Sorell for onsite office days (facility is in Sorell). Start time is also negotiable to suit your balance, an 8hr day is required.

Daily Tasks

  • Handle customer and consumer inquiries and issues
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer problems efficiently
  • Follow up on resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

You will bring to this role

  • Good understanding of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills 

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and in confrontational situations
  • A commitment to workplace health, safety, and compliance
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Some relevant experience from food manufacturing or FMCG industries would be advantageous
