**Customer Service and Sales Representative | Sydney**

**Salary**: $1100 - $1200 per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests at local businesses in the region. (In Person)
- Document new customer information and sales transactions
- Provide product information and offer solutions directly to the customer to ensure customer satisfaction during the sales process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.

**Requirements**:

- This is an on site position, no remote opportunities at this time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Empathy and patience to understand and address customer needs
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales or person centred role.
