This is not another "make 200 cold calls a day" role. This is about sitting across from CMOs, founders, and decision-makers of ambitious brands; helping them see what their company could become, then closing the partnership that gets them there.
What You'll Do
- Drive
new business growth
across Australia and the UK, with a focus on high-value FMCG, lifestyle, and disruptive challenger brands. - Build relationships with senior stakeholders (Founders, CMOs, Marketing Directors) and turn conversations into long-term contracts.
- Partner with our strategy and creative teams to present proposals that don't just look good, but live in people's minds.
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
What Success Looks Like
- $1M+ in new annual revenue generated in your first 12 months.
- 5–10 "whale" clients secured, brands you'd be proud to name-drop.
- A pipeline of opportunities across FMCG, fintech, retail, and global lifestyle brands.
- Becoming a key voice in shaping how we scale our agency into new markets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in
advertising sales, agency growth, or OOH campaign sales
(creative, media, advertising or branding experience highly regarded). - Confidence in engaging C-suite and founder-level decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker who knows how to position value beyond price.
- Driven closer and not afraid to own targets and celebrate smashing them.
