As Deputy Principal, you will play a key role in advancing the Department's vision by leading initiatives that improve student outcomes, strengthen teaching practices, and foster a positive and inclusive school culture. Working alongside a committed and collaborative executive team, you will help shape and implement the strategic direction of Proserpine State High School. Your Responsibilities

As the Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
• Deputise for the Principal when required.
• Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
• Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
