Drill Doctors is an independent supplier of aftermarket parts and components for blast hole drill rigs in NSW.   We cover all OEM brands with a wide range of stock on hand and supported with a 24/7 Parts call out service.  We provide full drill rig re-builds, overhauls, component repairs, on-site fitters, tech support and internal manufacturing capabilities.

The Role:

Due to increased growth and demand for our services and products, we are seeking a capable person to join our existing Parts Sales Team.

The role involves:

  • Building Quotes
  • Checking customer orders against quotes
  • Processing customer orders
  • Item Data maintenance
  • Liaise with internal procurement and the Customer regarding overdue or urgent parts orders.

The following Skills are required for the role:

  • Excellent computer literacy with an extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, specifically customer service oriented
  • Understand workflows within a business system
  • Ability to work quickly under time pressures when required
