As a Residential Care Sales Consultant with Anglicare, you'll support families with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high standards of care and maintaining strong occupancy in our Residential Care Homes.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months based out of Anglicare Hub, Macquarie Park.

Your opportunity

  • Guide families and residents through requirements under the new Aged Care Act with empathy and professionalism

  • Deliver on targets for allocated Residential Care Homes

  • Ensure accurate completion of contracts, agreements and databases

  • Respond to enquiries and emails within set SLA's

  • Support events and presentations to promote Anglicare Residential Care

  • Ensure compliance with Anglicare's policies, safe work practices and WHS standards

What you'll bring

  • Strong and demonstrable sales experience

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with families and referral partners

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and databases

  • Organised, proactive and able to work to deadlines

  • A compassionate, professional approach aligned to Anglicare's mission and values

  • A valid driving license preferred not mandatory
